Shhh, It's a secret!

Annnnnd We're Back!

We're back from our weekend trip to the hockey tournament.

The kids played better than any of us expected. They won theitre first game, got beat by the refs in the second game but came back from 4 goals down with 4 minutes to go to almost win it, and lost their self control in the third game and paid for it with a bad loss. The last game was early this morning and they played a spirited game. Down 1 - 0 in the 1st period with about 3 minutes to go, they ended up winning the period 4-3; all against the only undefeated team in the tournament that had never been behind in a game. They were even tied with about 1:30 to go in the 3rd period but a win was not meant to be. The kids showed spunk, heart and the spirit of competion. All of us parents were very proud of them.

On a decidedly different note, we didn't have sex during the trip since the hotel room was one room and the boy was sleeping on a pullout right next to us. We did have hot sex on the couch and in bed Thanksgiving night though.

Right now, we've started to decorate our home for Christmas. Where does the time go?
