Gave it up

I finally gave up on Verizon's DSL service. It has just become to unreliable for us to depend on for our internet connection. We have switched to Cablevision's Optimum Online.

So far, so good. The connection has been stable, the help to set it up from their staff by telephone has been exemplary and I am satisfied (at least for now).

I'll let you know how I feel (you'll know when I don't comment about connection issues) in a few months.


Tomorrow should be a fun day. An associate at work gave me two tickets to the Yankees v. White Sox game and I am taking my son. I am really looking forward to it.
